At present the nominations for the Executive put forward by the Executive (all of whom are existing members of the committee) are as follows:-
President: Peter Bailey
Hon Secretary: Peter Silk
Hon Treasurer: Richard Hopkins
Chairman Playing CBRDP: Alan Croucher
Chairman People & Places Community Rugby: Gary Howorth.
A nomination has also been received:-
Chairman: Allan Butcher Proposed Shoreham RFC Seconded Lewes RFC
The following are also on the Executive for 2010/11.
RFU Representative was elected in advance of the AGM G P Thompson.
The Immediate Past President Dr RC Edmondson.
RRDM Peter Macaulay.
As requested in the calling notice any other motions or nominations should be made in writing as per the attached notice.
The Sussex Clubs General Meeting will follow on immediately at the end the AGM, the agenda for this will follow nearer the 15th June, 2010. Again if any clubs wish to raise any matters at this meeting I would appreciate advance notification to be able to include it within the agenda.
