Sussex RFU was one of the first CB's to recognise the importance of giving every team, in every club, the opportunity of competing in a Knockout Competition, as well as their regular League fixtures.    The 'Team' competitions for all Teams below First XV has proved to be very popular and the Cup Finals are among the most entertaining and competitive.
