Above is the team sheet for Sunday’s games.

We will be playing at:

10 minutes away from junction 10 on the M25

Timings are as follows:

Meet at Old Brentwoods Rugby Club         1230
Admin (kit issue, physio strapping)           1230 – 1300             
Team run through                                   1300 – 1400
Match Kit on                                           1415
Kick off                                                1430
Post Match meal                                     1530

Please note that all timings with the exception of the meet and kick off are subject to change.

Medical.         Drew will be in attendance throughout both matches and post match to deal with any injures, those who requires to be strapped should make sure they see Drew on arrival

Feeding.         This is going to be a long day with the post match meal not until 1530, players (and parents) may require a packed lunch and additional drinks, although there will be hot drinks and Bacon & Sausage rolls available on arrival, with the bar opening post match.

Dress will be as follows:


Pre Match & Training.           County training top, blue/black track bottoms, county shorts and socks.

Thermal tops & Support shorts as required by individual players (you may wear leggings for training, but you will not be able to wear them in the match)

Body Armour & head guards as required by individual players

Gum Shield this is mandatory, if you do not have one you will not be allowed to play.


Match. County match jersey (supplied) county shorts and socks.

Post Match (No 1’s)              Blue/White Shirt, County Tie, Black/Grey Trousers, Black socks and Black shoes.

County colours for those who have no yet received them will be presented after the match.

It is an honour to represent your county, I therefore expect a high standard of dress, Shirts tucked in, ties tied properly (if you don’t know how to tie your tie get practicing). The standards we set off the field of play will reflect the standards we set on the field of play. As you will soon find out, I expect the highest standards are you up to the challenge!?

Get plenty of rest, eat well and take on fluids.
