Financial Implications for applicants not attending courses

If an applicant does not attend the course or who gives less than 48 hours notice the coach will receive no refund.  If an applicant gives between 2 and 14 days notice, the applicant can be relocated to another course providing they pay a £25 administration charge; there will be no refund. If an applicant gives more than 2 weeks notice, they can be offered either relocation to another course at no charge, or a refund of 75% of the course cost.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the information given below is correct at the time of publication, London Coaching reserve the right to alter this information (at any time), including changes to a venue and/or dates/times of scheduled courses listed. Where the course venue/date is subject to change, applicants will be notified via email and offered an alternative course and/or full refund. The minimum number of applications required to run a viable course is 16; and we also reserve the right to post pone or alter a course date where we receive less than 16 applications. If you are booked on a course and have not received your joining instructions within two weeks of the course start date, please do contact us.
