Peter Mercer Peter Mercer is the County Facilities Officer

Peter works closely with the Clubs and the RFU Facilities Officers and together they offer advice on the Improvement or Replacement of existing Facilities such as Grounds, Clubhouses, Changing Facilities, Lighting and other amenities.

An RFU Questionnaire was sent to all Clubs and this forms part of the RFU/CB strategy of steady improvement.  click on the pdf link below to see this important document.
