-  ToursAlan Croucher Email: a.croucher@sussexrugby.co.uk The following Link will take you to the RFU Rugby Tour Guidelines which provide details of the procedures for getting Outgoing and Incoming Tours signed off, including the relevant Tour application Forms Key Points: You do not need approval for tours to/from the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or England Travel Insurance is required other than for Tours to/from the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or England The completed Tour Application Forms should be emailed to the SRFU Rugby Tour Manager at least 4 WEEKS before the date of the tour. 
-  Rugby CampsSRFU Rugby Camp Manager Steve Briscoe CAMPS HOSTED BY AN SRFU RUGBY CLUB Clubs running their own camp need to submit Application Form 1 to the SRFU at least 8 WEEKS before the event. Application Form 1 can be downloaded below: RUGBY CAMP APPLICATION FORM 1. SUSSEX RUGBY CLUB CAMPS RUN BY A THIRD-PARTY COMPANY. Clubs employing a Third-Party Company to run their camp need to: · Complete Application Form 1. · Get the Third-Party Company to complete Application Form 2 and submit the required documentation. · Check and sign-off Application Form 2 and the documentation provided by the Third-Party Company. · Submit Application Form 1, Application Form 2 and all of the Associated Documentation from the Third-Party Company to the SRFU at least 3 MONTHS before the event. The rugby camp Application Form 2 can be downloaded below: AUTHORISED RUGBY CAMPS Attached is a list of the rugby camps that have been approved by the Sussex RFU in the 23-24 season. APPROVED SRFU RUGBY CAMPS 2023-24 SUSSEX RUGBY CAMPS RUN BY PREMIERSHIP RUGBY CLUBS Where a club engages one of the approved Premiership Rugby Clubs to run their rugby camp they need to complete Form 1 but they are not required to complete Form 2. The approved Premiership Clubs are Bath, Bristol, Exeter, Gloucester, Harlequins, Leicester, Newcastle, Northampton, Sale & Saracens. They may at times employ a partner organisation to run their camps which would be subject to the same delivery requirments. THIRD-PARTY RUGBY CAMPS Where a club has signed an agreement to rent out or loan their grounds and/or facilities to a Third-Party Company for them to run their own Rugby Camp the club MUST get the camp authorised by their Constituent Body. Responsibility for running the rugby camp rests with the Third-Party Company.

Clubs running their own festival need to submit the Rugby Festival Application Form 1 to the SRFU at least 8 WEEKS before the event. The Rugby Festival Application Form 1 can be downloaded below: RUGBY FESTIVAL APPLICATION FORM 1.
