The CB Coaching Team is responsible for:

• Developing a portfolio of on-line coaching resources for clubs.
• Running internal and external CPD workshops events looking at upskilling coaches, session design and coaching approaches.
• Visiting clubs and offer session support and coaching advice.
• Raising awareness of coach development and participation opportunities.
• Bringing clubs together to address common issues and opportunities.

Supporting clubs to recruit, train and retain volunteers.

• Assisting clubs to identify opportunities to generate new revenue and improve their facilities.
• Bringing clubs together to share knowledge and create solutions to common challenges or potential opportunities
• Assisting clubs to build relationships with educational establishments and community organisations
• Supporting clubs to increase and diversify their membership.
