    • Managing the deployment of RFU and SRFU Reward & Recognition programmes.

    The RFU Club Developer is responsible for:


    Supporting clubs to recruit, train and retain volunteers.

    • Assisting clubs to identify opportunities to generate new revenue and improve their facilities.
    • Bringing clubs together to share knowledge and create solutions to common challenges or potential opportunities
    • Assisting clubs to build relationships with educational establishments and community organisations
    • Supporting clubs to increase and diversify their membership.
